In the meesting we discussed about what our strengths were and what we could improve on and the tasks that need to be completed. What we need to work on is that the director needs to be more vocal and the host needs to project his voice more and to explain the rules clearer. We need to figure where the whiteboard is going to be. The strengths were that the accent was good and strong never  lost the accent. One thing that we didn't add was that he pre pared his cue cards so that he knew what he was saying . We need to adjust the whiteboard to fit the screen.
