Today we pitched our idea. We did two rehearsals so if you needed to change anything we can. After we did the first rehearsal I received feedback and that I need to reword what I was going to say in the pitch. In the pitch everyone said what there role was and the rest of the pitch was taken care of by Kayley and Callum they talked about the different things that is included in our idea. Some of us got asked questions about out role. From the feedback we received at the end of the pitch is that we don't need to make any adjustments to our idea. With my performance I am not confidence so I was really nervous but I want to work on being more confident and my presenting skills by doing this I will practice more. The next thing that I need to learn about is the audio mixer I will do this by reading the PDF that explains how to use the audio mixer and the different things that came with it.

Today we have to pitch our idea. We had to pitch our idea because those that don't know about our idea this was a good way for them to find out about our idea. As a class we have to do two pitch rehearsal. I got feedback from doing the rehearsal and I applied the feedback so that I can do my best in the pitch. We pitch our idea to Tracey, Michael and Chloe. I was nervous and scared to do the pitch because I am not that confident . I got asked question by Michael I was able to answer the questions. After we did the pitch we uploaded the pitch slide, cue card and the pitch to our websites. We had to analyse our pitch. We got told that we need to create a proposal so that Tracey knows how much of the idea we know. We also have to do research on the segments that were given to us because we need to know what we can include on our show.

How do they present music charts.

I have listened to radio 1 the official chart show. They introduced the show by saying who is currently number 1 for example right now it is Positions by Arianna Grande and previously naming who was number one and who is in competition with being number 1. They play the songs they are talking about in the background because if people don't know the name of the song they would be familiar with the music. The presenter Scott Mills is enthusiastic about what he is talking about because he enjoys the topic he is talking about. They have graphics because they want to introduce where the music is on the charts this is.
How do they stay number one on the music charts?
The artist stays number one by the amount of sales, views or listens they gain from the different music platform. The number one album has to sell between 100,000 and 110,000 copies of the music in a week.
To make it in the top 40 music charts the artist will need to sell 7,500 to 8,000 copies.
What songs can we use
We can include songs that are the most popular from tick tock or from different artist they like. We could play these songs because our target audience would know the songs.

Cold leather is another trends where you can wear a leather shirt dress that you can wear over a turtleneck or you can wear leather pants.

Check it is as easy trend because you can wear it in any form for example a dress, trousers, tops or a oat. The print can be plaid or tartan

How is fashion segments presented
The fashion trends can be presented on mannequins, pictures or it can be modelled out and be presented. They talk about the trend and where you can wear the trend to. They tell you where you can get the outfit and how much it costs. They would have a guest on the show who knows about the current trends or they work in the fashion industry. The guest engage the hosts in the conversation by telling them different tips.

Today we didn't have to register on teams as Tracey was busy. I continued to work on my proposal in detail and so that when people read my proposal they know about the idea. I went on to do the research that I was assigned because I need to know what I can tell the group what we can include in our live Tv show. I was assigned the chart rundown and everyone has to fashion as there wasn't enough pairs to do. I started to do the research so that I can give feedback on the research that I found out. I did this so I can find out more about the topics and how they are presented. I will make sure that all my work is completed by Wednesday.

We had a production meeting. In the production meeting we discussed about the research that we did on the segments that were given to us we did this because we need to know about the topics that we were given. We then got told what our roles pre-production paperwork was. Doing those different paperwork as this will help us to be prepared and to plan everything We went back to our computers and I got sent the PDF for the audio mixer I have to read while looking at the PDF it made me even more nervous than I was because I have to learn most of it. I will complete the analyse tonight. I then went on to choosing the music for the pre-recorded segment. Tonight I will download all the tracks that I have chosen for the pre-recorded segment so that they are ready for tomorrow as we are filming all the pre-recording segments. Downloading all the tracks will help me to be prepared for tomorrow.

Today we recorded all the pre- recorded so I was in the TV studio for most of the day. We recorded the chart rundown, the sports and the gossip segments. Some of the group had to edit the segments that we recorded today so that they are ready for the love show as we needed some pre-recorded segments for the show. I had all the music sourced for the pre-recorded segments so I was able to send the music to those who needs them for the videos and the graphics. While I wasn't in the Tv studio I downloaded all the songs that wasn't downloaded before this will help the project by me being prepared. Sending the music to those who needed the music this will help the us to prepare for the live show and the rehearsals.

The reason why I chose these tracks for our show because they are upbeat. These tracks will engage our target audience because of the type of music they listen to. I think that the tracks will make them remember the show and they would come back and watch our show.

Today we didn't have to register on teams as Tracey was busy. Through out the day I continued to work on the different things that I did not complete yesterday in detail. I uploaded all my pictures that were taken of me in the Tv studio while I was recording the different pre-recorded segments. I did this because I need to provide evidence that I was there and that I was doing my role correctly. I started to work on the sound plan in detail for the live show so that we know what music we need and where it goes in the shows this will help me know what music should go where I will finish this before Wednesday so that I am up to date with the work. I went through my website so that my work is in a good place and at a good standard

Audio mixer video
I watched the video that Michael made about the audio mixer. In the video he talked about the audio mixer and how it works. In the video he tells me more about the rode mics and how many he got and how to use them. I wasn't sure about how to play the tracks for the show through the audio mixer but Michael covered it so now I feel a bit more confident but once I practice using the audio mixer I will feel more confident.
